Climate change is when our climate changes through human effects. The first thing that I want to touch on is that the climate temperature has changed dramatically over the past 20-30 years. The reason for this is human civilization, we are clearing forests and digging for coal so we can power the new resources that we have invented. When all of this happens it releases greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, if you didn't know the main greenhouse gas is CO2 or carbon dioxide. When the greenhouse gases are released into the atmosphere it creates a blanket over the globe keeping warm temperatures in, A thin blanket is ok since we need to trap some heat but what is happening we are creating a blanket too thick that too much warmth is being kept in and overheating the planet.
